Each spring, bargain hunters flock to Newcastle for our Annual Citywide Garage Sale!!
Held the last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of April (this year, April 24-26, 2025), our normal garage sale permit fee is waived for this event.
Registration is ONLINE, so by signing up, you'll be added to our Citywide Garage Sale Interactive Map so bargain hunters know how to find you! (ONLY your address will be used on our map, not your name or other information.)
If you decide not to hold a sale for any reason, your address will remain on the list.
Deadline for signup is April 20th.
