City of Newcastle to Host "Get Your 'Sticks' on Route 66" Blood Drive April 15

The City of Newcastle will host a community blood drive, "Get Your 'Sticks' on Route 66," on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Storm Shelter, 901 N. Carr Drive, Newcastle, OK 73065.

Community members are encouraged to donate blood to help meet ongoing patient needs. Blood donations are used for patients undergoing cancer treatment, trauma care, surgery, and other emergencies in the community.

As a thank-you, all donors will receive a "Get Your Sticks" T-shirt while supplies last.
