Newcastle Public Works Authority Announces City-Wide Water Meter Upgrade Initiative

NEWCASTLE, OKLAHOMA, FEBRUARY 20, 2024 — The Newcastle Public Works Authority (NPWA), together with MetronFarnier and Goins Enterprise, is excited to launch a city-wide water meter upgrade program. Beginning February 6, 2024, this ambitious project aims to replace every water meter in Newcastle with advanced, efficient models by October 2024. This upgrade underscores NPWA's dedication to improving water service and infrastructure across the city.

City Manager Kevin Self shared his enthusiasm for the project, stating, "This upgrade signifies a major advancement for Newcastle.
