Pop -Up In The Parks **NEW**

2026 Pop - Up Event Lineup:

          Friday April 24th, 1:00 - 3:00pm

 Grab a kite and take to the sky. We’ll have free kites (while  supplies last), open-play games for all ages, music in the background, and a snow cone truck on site to keep things cool. This is a simple, come-and-go afternoon built for kids, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy some fresh air and flying kites no schedule, no pressure, just fun.

Tuesday July 22nd, 1:00 - 3:00pm  

We’re celebrating Parks & Recreation Month by doing what parks are meant for getting people outside and having fun together. Join us at the splash pad for a pop-up afternoon with free water guns, water balloons, and free snow cones (while supplies last). No schedule, no sign-ups. Just show up, cool off, and enjoy the park.

   Friday Aug. 21st, 10:00am - 12:00pm

Kick off the school year by turning the park into a sidewalk art show. The Back to School Chalk Walk is open to all ages and comes with free chalk, music, and a few games while you create. Draw solo, as a family, or with friends!

 

Monday Sept. 21st, 10:00am - 12:00pm

Fall is here, and the park is doing the decorating for us. It’s FALLing is a relaxed, creative pop-up where we use fallen leaves and natural materials to make art right in the park. No paint, no mess just imagination, fresh air, and a different way to enjoy the season. Open to all ages. 

Thursday Oct. 15th, 1:00 - 3:00pm

Swing by the park for Potter in the Park, a laid-back, Harry Potter–themed pop-up during fall break. We’ll have a Sorting Hat, a few themed games, quick photo ops, make-your-own mandrakes, and Butter Beer while supplies last. No schedule, no pressure—just an easy drop-in activity for fans of all ages.

Pop-Up Events:
Short, themed events held throughout the year. Each pop-up lasts two hours and takes place on a weekday afternoon. Designed to be easy to attend and come-and-go.
